This is the inside of the place. You can see the salad bar at the back. It had actual salad, plus a bunch of rice dishes and bean dishes, various olives and mushrooms, potato fries and other root vegetable fries, onion rings, this like that. BUT this is not what you came here for, so be careful!
Here you can see what came from the salad bar.

How the meat is served:
I had more red meat that I've had in a looong time! It was all so amazingly good. Depending on what part of the spit you got it from, it was super rare or more done. Guess where I picked?
So, so rare, melts in the mouth!

Not for the vegetarians, this painting outside the restaurant shows the cuts of beef they will serve. There was also chicken hearts, pork chops, and sausages that came around. At least, I think that's what they had, it was all in Portuguese obviously.

We stayed for almost 2 hours and the meat kept coming!! We would have stayed longer but we had a meeting. We walked about a mile back to the hotel, which was good for all of us!
Fogo de Chao is the chain in the U.S. that follows the same idea. It's expensive, like $75 per person, but if you can make it, I would recommend it-if you like meat!
